Serve on a Mission Trip
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations…” - Matt. 28:19
While we strive to serve those in our community, we also seek to serve and care for those across our nation and around the world. Mission trips provide an opportunity to partner with the ministry of long-term missionaries on the ground in different communities, and teams that regularly serve in our community provide an opportunity to participate in the redemptive mission of the Holy Spirit to our neighbors.
Mission Trip Night
Sunday, November 15th 5-7:30 pm
Join us for our first Mission Trip Night! At mission trip night we will enjoy dinner together and hear all about why we serve on mission trips and where we’re serving on trips in 2027. We will also talk about why we fundraise and how to do so, and we’ll hear God stories from people who’ve served on mission trips before. Dinner is included, childcare is provided if needed. 2027 Mission Trips include Abaco men’s trip, Abaco women’s trip, YoungLives winter camp, YoungLives summer camp, Bolivia mission trip, Western NC trip, and more

Abaco Men’s Mission Trip
Saturday January 30th to Saturday February 6th, 2027 in Abaco Island, Bahamas
Partnering with Caribbean Youth Network, our team will mainly do construction work, but will also serve with the youth ministry and distribute food. Construction skills or experience not necessary, you’ll be taught what you need to know. This is a great opportunity to get to know other men while serving in a tangible, hands-on way. For men ages 16 & up. Room for 20
Abaco Women’s Mission Trip
Sunday March 29th to April 4th, 2027 (post-Easter trip that overlaps with CSD & CMS spring breaks!)
Partnering with Caribbean Youth Network, our team will do light construction (no construction experience needed though, we’ll teach you what you need to know!), relational ministry to youth and women in Abaco, and home visits to Haitian refugees. For reference, last year’s team put siding on a local family’s house, visited Haitian refugees and brought food, helped host a women’s ministry event at the church, served with youth ministry, and also served breakfast at a school one morning!

YoungLives Winter Camp
February 19-21, 2027
Partnering with YoungLives, team members will serve in childcare at YoungLives camp. YoungLives is a ministry to teen parents and their children. By serving in childcare, team members will love on and form relationships with the kids while teen parents get to hear the gospel and enjoy a typical camp experience.
Open to ages 14 & 15 if accompanied by a parent, to ages 16 & 17 if accompanied by a guardian, and to men and women 18 & upOpen to high school & up | Room for up to 20
Bolivia Mission Trip
July 16-24, 2027 in Cochabamba, Bolivia
Partnering with Children’s Impact Network, our team will form relationships with the boys and staff at the Bolivia Life Center, CIN’s home for boys, through a variety of fun activities. The team will also partner with a local church for outreach to children in neighboring communities and complete a service project at the Bolivia Life Center (past examples include painting a dorm and building an exercise room).
