We see the lasting effects of bad habits developed over the past several years. And yet, the Christian faith has long held that the opposite can be true: that good habits also have lasting effects. By joining with Jesus, strengthened by his resurrection power, we can develop habits that help us draw closer to God and the life he desires. These spiritual disciplines or habits that make us stronger are not an attempt to earn God's love but to enjoy God's love more deeply. They may be very familiar to some people – very foreign to others, but ultimately, we hope these habits that we will discuss in the coming weeks will be tools in the toolbox of your spiritual growth rhythm.
